We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and selected countries in the Middle East and Latin America. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not yet support delivery to your location.

Shipping fees vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout. Thanks to our global warehouse partnerships, we’re able to serve pet lovers around the world while keeping our promise of donating 1 pound of food per order to shelters.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note, delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs procedures in your country.
