Our Promise
We want you—and your pet—to absolutely love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
● Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
● Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
● We cannot accept returns after 60 days
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Simply email us at [leftpawpets.com] with the following:
● Your order number
● The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
● The reason for return (this helps us improve!)
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
● Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
● Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
